The Sims 2: Starter Pack - by osab

The Starter Pack is the easiest all-in-one way to install and optimize TS2 on modern systems. It utilizes Sims2RPC as its launcher & includes documentation for setting up the game.

Starter Pack Flavors:

Web Installer (Recommended, v8)

  • Downloads The Sims 2: Starter Pack (Fixed Ultimate Collection with Sims2RPC by Lazy Duchess included)
  • Includes automated Touchup.
  • Optional dependencies: x86 VC Redist & .NET Framework
  • Recommended (optional) installations: Graphics Rules Maker, DXVK, SimNopke's shadow fix, and desktop/start menu shortcuts.

Standalone Starter Pack

  • Includes The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection and Sims2RPC.
  • The new Touchup launcher adds automated Touchup to the standalone version.
