Also removing a FIXME about not covering all of the event names as it is
not exactly clear when such a FIXME would be addressed, especially as
these come from multiple specifications.
Now, along with the mouse events we also dispatch pointerup, pointerdown
and pointermove.
With this change shape painting works on https://excalidraw.com/
I believe this is an error in the UI Events spec, and it should be
updated to match the HTML spec (which uses WindowProxy everywhere).
This fixes a bunch of issues already covered by existing WPT tests.

Resulting in a massive rename across almost everywhere! Alongside the
namespace change, we now have the following names:
* JS::NonnullGCPtr -> GC::Ref
* JS::GCPtr -> GC::Ptr
* JS::HeapFunction -> GC::Function
* JS::CellImpl -> GC::Cell
* JS::Handle -> GC::Root
The main motivation behind this is to remove JS specifics of the Realm
from the implementation of the Heap.
As a side effect of this change, this is a bit nicer to read than the
previous approach, and in my opinion, also makes it a little more clear
that this method is specific to a JavaScript Realm.
Now that we have RTTI in userspace, we can do away with all this manual
hackery and use dynamic_cast.
We keep the is<T> and downcast<T> helpers since they still provide good
readability improvements. Note that unlike dynamic_cast<T>, downcast<T>
does not fail in a recoverable way, but will assert if the object being
casted is not a T.
Compared to version 10 this fixes a bunch of formatting issues, mostly
around structs/classes with attributes like [[gnu::packed]], and
incorrect insertion of spaces in parameter types ("T &"/"T &&").
I also removed a bunch of // clang-format off/on and FIXME comments that
are no longer relevant - on the other hand it tried to destroy a couple of
neatly formatted comments, so I had to add some as well.

This also introduces shadow roots due to it being a requirement of
the event dispatcher.
However, it does not introduce the full shadow DOM, that can be
left for future work.
This changes some event dispatches which require certain attributes
to be initialised to a value.
