8e79bde2b7 Kernel: Move KBufferBuilder to the fallible KBuffer API
KBufferBuilder::build() now returns an OwnPtr<KBuffer> and can fail.
Clients of the API have been updated to handle that situation.

430b265cd4 AK: Rename KB, MB, GB to KiB, MiB, GiB
The SI prefixes "k", "M", "G" mean "10^3", "10^6", "10^9".
The IEC prefixes "Ki", "Mi", "Gi" mean "2^10", "2^20", "2^30".

Let's use the correct name, at least in code.

Only changes the name of the constants, no other behavior change.

94ca55cefd Meta: Add license header to source files
As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a
comment block to the top of every source file.

For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage
everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've
added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in
error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright
holder instead.

Going forward, all new source files should include a license header.

9e55bcb7da Kernel: Make kernel memory regions be non-executable by default
From now on, you'll have to request executable memory specifically
if you want some.

078ee798f7 Kernel: Bump KBufferBuilder VM allocation to 4 MB
This is pretty large but since it's not eagerly committed to physical
pages, it's probably okay. I'm bumping this after running out of space
for a ProtocolServer profile run :^)

f083031a27 Kernel: Add KBufferBuilder, similar to StringBuilder but for KBuffer
This class works by eagerly allocating 1MB of virtual memory but only
adding physical pages on demand. In other words, when you append to it,
its memory usage will increase by 1 page whenever you append across a
page boundary (4KB.)
