Andrew Kaster b86d597938 CI: Add canonical-server/server-backports PPA to get updated QEMU ... Ubuntu 20.04 only ships QEMU 4.2.1, which is quite an older release. The BuildQemu.sh script uses version 6.0.0, while the server-backports PPA is currently shipping 5.2.1.
