Because pointer output is now obfuscated, and because what you really want to know is whether or not the callback lists are empty, this commit replaces the srcu_data structure's head callback pointer printout with a single character that is "." is the callback list is empty or "C" otherwise. This is the only remaining user of rcu_segcblist_head(), so this commit also removes this function's definition. It also turns out that rcu_segcblist_tail() no longer has any callers, so this commit removes that function's definition while in the area. They were both marked "Interim", and their end has come. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
