Ports: Build gcc with -j $(nproc) GCC is a huge project that takes a lot of time to build; let's at least make this a little less painful by using all the available CPU cores.

Ports: Use SHA256 for the gcc port This updates the way we verify signatures for the gcc port because we were previously downloading the keychain from the mirror which defeats the point of doing signature checks.
