Meta: Add egcc as a GCC candidate

Browse source 
egcc is the alias for the GCC compiler (since OpenBSD uses Clang by
default). Toolchain/BuildIt.sh has the necessary adjustments, but the
compiler check occurs before BuildIt.sh is called.
