Let's use the device's initial sample rate as our active sample rate and
work from there.

We still need to do a bit of work. For example: `set_key_text` isn't
implemented due to its requirements being quite complex, but it's
a start.

afe53a4856 Ladybird: Respect the audio channel configuration and buffer size
We are currently forcing audio to play with a sample size of 16 bits. We
are also feeding the output audio device a hard-set amount of samples
without considering the actual size of its sample buffer. This would
cause a wide array of issues when playing audio elements. On my Linux
machine, we would hear some cracking; on my macOS machine, audio was
quite garbled.

We now write samples of the size requested by the output audio device.
We also limit the samples we provide to the audio device to however many
bytes are available in its buffer.

1c4dd0caad Ladybird+LibWeb+WebConent: Drive audio in Ladybird off the main thread
The main thread in the WebContent process is often busy with layout and
running JavaScript. This can cause audio to sound jittery and crack. To
avoid this behavior, we now drive audio on a secondary thread.

Note: Browser on Serenity uses AudioServer, the connection for which is
already handled on a secondary thread within LibAudio. So this only
applies to Lagom.

Rather than using LibThreading, our hands are tied to QThread for now.
Internally, the Qt media objects use a QTimer, which is forbidden from
running on a thread that is not a QThread (the debug console is spammed
with messages pointing this out). Ideally, in the future AudioServer
will be able to run for non-Serenity platforms, and most of this can be
aligned with the Serenity implementation.

0ec522ab54 LibWeb: Don't infer SVG viewBox if width and/or height is zero
The fix here has two parts:
1. Don't use the fallback viewBox at all if we're not in SVG-as-image.
2. Don't make a fallback viewBox with zero width and/or height.

This fixes a crash on Bandcamp pages. Thanks Tim Flynn for reporting!

c808f6c637 LibWeb: Don't use BFC auto height for non-BFC abspos elements
While CSS 2.2 does tell us to use the "auto height for BFC roots"
calculation when resolving auto heights for abspos elements, that
doesn't make sense for other formatting context roots, e.g flex.

In lieu of implementing the entire new absolute positioning model from
CSS-POSITION-3, this patch borrows one small nugget from it: using
fit-content height as the auto height for non-BFC-root abspos elements.

da48238fbd Tests: Add test for webp with color index transform and alpha_used=false
This just works at the moment after e19892a099, but if we ever do
the FIXME in ColorIndexingTransform::transform(), this test will
remind us to think of this case there too.

catdog-alert-13-alpha-used-false.webp is identical to
catdog-alert-13.web but with the byte at offset 0x2a changed from
0x10 to 0x00 -- that is, the bit in the VP8L header that stores
`is_alpha_used` is cleared.

9f24c1b34c LibWeb: Use width & height to create fallback viewBox for SVG-as-image
When embedding an SVG in an img element, if the external SVG's root
element has both width and height attributes, but no viewBox attribute,
we now create a fallback viewBox with "0 0 width height".

This appears to match the behavior of other browsers. Inspired by
discussion on Mozilla's bug tracker:

ac6af51549 LibWeb: Improve span column width distribution
Compute the contributions to a spanning cell width from each cell in the
span. This better handles uneven column widths, since each cell
contribution is proportional with its own width as opposed to the own
width of the first cell in the span.

This better matches the behavior of other browsers and further aligns
with the specification.

d550b09871 Kernel: Move PC BIOS-related code to the x86_64 architecture directory
All code that is related to PC BIOS should not be in the Kernel/Firmware
directory as this directory is for abstracted and platform-agnostic code
like ACPI (and device tree parsing in the future).

This fixes a problem with the aarch64 architecure, as these machines
don't have any PC-BIOS in them so actually trying to access these memory
locations (EBDA, BIOS ROM) does not make any sense, as they're specific
to x86 machines only.

5fd975da8f Kernel: Move MultiProcessor parsing code to the Arch/x86_64 directory
This code is very x86-specific, because Intel introduced the actual

on Intel processor architectures and Advanced Programmable Interrupt
Controller (APIC) architectures"

428afca32b Kernel/ACPI: Make most of StaticParsing methods to be platform-agnostic
Most of the ACPI static parsing methods (methods that can be called
without initializing a full AML parser) are not tied to any specific
platform or CPU architecture.

The only method that is platform-specific is the one that finds the RSDP
structure. Thus, each CPU architecture/platform needs to implement it.
This means that now aarch64 can implement its own method to find the
ACPI RSDP structure, which would be hooked into the rest of the ACPI
code elegantly, but for now I just added a FIXME and that method returns
empty value of Optional<PhysicalAddress>.
