81a2f09a80 Ports: Return nesalizer to upstream 
This makes https://github.com/SerenityPorts/nesalizer obsolete.

The patch that hardcoded the SDL2 location is removed. The the patches
to the `Makefile` are quashed. A new install function is added.

c07f91474d Ports: Make array-like settings actual arrays 
We may need entries with spaces in makeopts, installopts, and
configopts, and at that point we should also convert depends and
auth_opts to avoid confusion.

* Use ${version} instead of explicit version numbers in urls/filenames
* Move -L option to port script, as this is always good

965cae47b4 Ports: Build nesalizer in release mode 
Together with the new futex-backed pthread_cond_t, this makes nesalizer
run downright well on my machine. :^)
