59505ed4dd Add WinXP and MultiOS WM 
WM is currently working, though is in the middle of modification to work
with multiple operating systems. Windows XP window template as well as
resources have also been added, though window moving code has not been
added yet.

When the titlescreen is resized while displaying the copyright warning,
you could see the titlescreen behind it.
