9b82e10d0f [v13] Update Graphics Rules Maker 
The new version of GRM is now included with much a more robust auto-detect feature that shouldn't require any manual changes. Also includes a new fix I suggested to disable DirtyRects for ReShade and cards where it causes flickering.
