1dc40ab0d4 update dockerfile 
Fixes ARM64 builds in QEMU, acquires wget for updating linuxdeployqt's excludelist, builds libsdl2 which caused an issue on M1 (though all of the deps seem to cause similar issues)

39f2cc4622 fixed some issues and now it can theoretically be used without sudo 
However there are some issues. You have to type in your password a lot on connect, wpa_supplicant rewrites the tmp config with root as the owner, and we can no longer terminate wpa_supplicant when we're done with it

5ccb8bccb0 use avfilter instead of swscale 
swscale requires frame to be 16-pixel aligned, which wii u frames at 854 pixels wide are not. avfilter makes this work out of the box
