RogueAI42 aa3de1b749 stab in the dark to fix this startup exception 
It doesn't actually happen for me. I rewrote GetCurrentLine() to
be more consistent with the rest of the codebase about newlines,
hopefully this will work for everyone.

ShiftOS, as of July 30th, 2017, has officially been marked as deprecated by the project leader. We may bring it back in the future as we believe the concept is unique and awesome, but we are not sure when or if.
